Pair of podium finishes at Bloomington and Paragon

Derek Groomer was back in action on Friday evening at Bloomington Speedway (Bloomington, Ind.) aboard the No. 71 Super Stock for the regular night of racing.

Following a ninth-to-fourth showing in his heat race, Groomer improved four spots in the 20-lap feature to finish third.

Returning to his No. D48 Modified on Saturday at Paragon Speedway (Paragon, Ind.), Derek came in first in his heat before placing second in the feature. He trailed Nick Hoffman to the checkers with Cole Falloway rounding out the podium.
