Derek Groomer sidelined at Bloomington Speedway

Derek Groomer returned to the driver's seat of his Millikan Smiles No. D48 Modified on Friday evening at Bloomington Speedway (Bloomington, Ind.) for the regular night of racing.

After starting the night off on a high note with the fast time honors, Groomer was an early retiree from the feature. With a third-place finish placing him on the third row for main event, Derek retired on the ninth circuit.
